29^th of June to the 6^th of July 2025

Dates of the IOC meeting:

6^th to the 8^th of July 2025

The registration fees for the upcoming tournament are:

2500 (Late fee) EUR for a Team,

1600 EUR for a Visitor,

550 EUR for a First-Time Juror, and

600 EUR for a Single Room Upgrade.

Late fee: 2500 EUR. After the payment deadline (15.4.2025), teams must pay the Late fee. Please note that the late payments must be approved by the IYPT Office before the regular deadline.

Important note:The nearest International Airport is Copenhagen International (CPH) and the LOC will provide transit.
